We’re looking for vendors and exhibitors who offer play-based products, hands-on learning tools, creative resources, and services that support children, educators, and communities. We also welcome organizations and advocates who champion play through programs, research, and outreach.

We are expecting over 250+ attendees and delegates this year!

In return for your support, we offer multiple advertising opportunities before, during, and after our conference. With a reach of over 10K educators across Alberta, and reaching across Canada, we can showcase your business/group/product with educators, programs and organizations that need you!

Fee

$200 per table (including GST)

Includes 1 table with 2 chairs and table cover; additional tables available for additional fees.

Advertising

Logo displayed on conference brochure.

Meals

Meals included at the conference (for up to 2 people).

Social Networking

30-minute networking breaks throughout the day to allow attendees to visit exhibitors/vendors. Attendees will have over 3 hours of networking to visit and connect with you.

Door Prizes

All exhibitors are required to donate a door prize (min. $50 value).

Door prize contests and collection will be left up to each vendor/exhibitor. Please ensure that your prizes are collected by 4:00PM. We will not be holding door prizes for participants.
